- SHIPPING, PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as user-friendly as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We offer free shipping on all orders.
The following explains how your order is processed and delivered.
To maintain fair prices, we collect packages in large quantities and ship them once the minimum quantity is reached.

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which is usually between 1 to 3 business days.
We will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China
Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 5 - 10 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.
-TRACKING SERVICE
We offer tracking services on the purchased products. Tracking services are available and will be sent to your email address. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number, use this service to track your purchase.
-CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund-Return Policy.
-ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
-DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
-DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon(take pictures before opening the package) reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
-DUTIES & TAXES
All prices are inclusive of the import duties and taxes. Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the products.
-CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund-Return-Policy.
-PROCESS FOR PARCEL LOST IN-TRANSIT
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
